Quoreca is a brand of TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, New Delhi, India ("we"). This notice covers this website, quoreca.com, and the Quoreca tools we run, starting with Quoreca Origin. A full notice for each tool is shown at sign-up, before you give consent.

This website

quoreca.com sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, page requested and time) to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Where your data is stored

Quoreca Origin stores account, product, check and document data in India, in the Mumbai region, and runs its application servers there. Some supporting services, such as payment processing and email delivery, handle the details they need to do their job. We will list each of these services here before Origin opens for sign-up.

What Quoreca Origin collects

  • Your name, email address and, if you give it, phone number.
  • Your company's details, such as legal name, GSTIN, Importer-Exporter Code and address.
  • The product, material, supplier and shipment details you enter, and the checks and documents you produce.
  • Payment records. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.

How we use it

To run the service you sign up for, bill for it, keep the audit records it promises, and answer you when you write to us. Quoreca specialists may see your data when reviewing a check that has been flagged or that you have sent for review. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. You can export your organisation's data from your account settings. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed; business records that an exporter must keep under a trade agreement, such as checks and origin documents, are retained for the period that agreement requires.
